1. 1. Ongoing support is integral to our services, provided exclusively via WhatsApp intimation and remote mode only . The above pricing covers up to 6 services/calls annually. However, any additional support is charged at ₹499 + taxes per service/call. (Please note, it may take up to 1 working day to resolve queries.)
   2. Your data is not accessible or stored by us; we act solely as service providers only.
   3. The payment covers the service we provide. If system reconfiguration is necessary, an additional ₹999 + taxes is applicable.
   4. We disclaim responsibility for technological disruptions impacting service functionality. However, additional assistance is available at the specified pricing.
